B.A.P Development began constructing homes in 1977 and continues to expand its presence in the Southern suburbs of Chicago. B.A.P is currently focused on building single-family detached homes in new developments located in Orland Park, Frankfort and throughout the south suburbs. Over the past 30 years B.A.P has built strong relationship with its sub-contractors and continues to employ only those contractors that deliver the highest quality of work while remaining within the scope of budget and time.
